Hi Dana - My trip went off without a glitch thanks to you.....thank you for all the work you did for me. United was just great with Keen.....Because of the seat you reserved for me I saw him loaded and unloaded and on the way back the captain of the plane even announced that the owner of the dog on board should know that Keen was loaded and ready to go.....I plan to work with you in the future and I spread the word amongst collie folks about you. All - As you may know we are a USCA member club and have annually an HGH trial. We use exclusively SV judges from Germany. We usually got our ticket for the judge through Lufthansa liaison. Back in March we were looking for a travel agent who could get us a cheaper ticket since the Lufthansa ticket was about $400 more than tickets we saw on websites like expedia.com but didn't want to order online. Dana Huckestein from Lewis Travel was recommended by a list member. I thought I recommend her since she was such a delight to work with and since I know more of you out there need to book a ticket for an SV judge or need to send a dog by plane. She was very detail and service oriented. You can ask her every little thing you need to know and she gets right back to you...just like in the old days. Ulf
