After an extensive business career in event planning and media coordinating, Angelina founded Serendipity Yoga in 1999 as she followed her passion for yoga and began a new career. In addition to running a successful studio in Grass Valley, California, Angelina has become a popular speaker and runs breakout sessions for many major conferences and meetings including the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Personnel Management Association, the Central California Women's Conference, and the Amputee Coalition of America. She has designed innovative yoga courses for children, teens, prenatal women, adults, and seniors. Angelina believes in designing healthy programs that can be adapted for any level of athletic ability. She also is the author of "Rushing to Yoga" and a guided relaxatioon CD, "Inward Journey". Your sessions with Angelina are sure to enhance you vacation experience.

The ItineraryAug 16 ----- Full day at sea for relaxation, fun, and a Yoga session with Angelina. Several jacuzzis and swimming pools await you, as do the many activities on board from sports to spas to cocktail lounges and entertainment. You will even have a full casino and many on-board shops to explore. Aug 17 ----- Victoria B.C. Enjoy the day from noon to 7:00 PM. Plenty of time to visit famous Butchart Gardens. Aug 18 ----- Full day at sea. Don't miss Angelina's 2nd Yoga session. Aug 19 ------ Ketchikan, Alaska. 7 AM to 4 PM. Enjoy historic Creek Street! Aug 20 ------ Sitka, Alaska. 8 AM to 5 PM. See remains of the blended histories of the Tlingit Indians, the Russians who established a trading post here and, of course, the Americans who flocked to Gold Rush country. Aug 21 ----- Juneau, the capital of Alaska. 7 AM to 10 PM. Highlights include Mendenhall Glacier and the infamous Red Dog Saloon! Aug 22 ----- Tracy Arm cruising. A memorable day of cruising this magnificient glacier-filled fjord. Aug 23 ----- Full day at sea. Yoga session #3 is scheduled today. Aug 24 ----- Full day at sea. Along with all the other shipboard activities, enjoy Angelina's farewell Yoga session #4. Aug 25 ----- Arrive this morning in San Francisco. |
