APRIL 3 DAFFODIL HILL ........... $134
We're off to Daffodil Hill located in the scenic gold country where each Spring a 4 acre hillside east of Sutter Creek erupts in a riot of yellow and gold as 300,000 daffodils burst into bloom! Not a commercial enterprise, nor formally publicized, the ranch has been owned by the same family since it was aquired in 1887. Later we will go to to quaint village of Volcano, a true gem of the Motherlode, for luncheon at the historic St. George Hotel. A live musical performance follows featuring Blues, Bluegrass, Country, and ballads in traditional format.
APRIL 13 BEACH BLANKET BABYLON ........... $175
Now in its 30th year of sold out performances, this zany musical spoof of pop culture with extravagant costumes and outrageously huge hats is constantly updated with fresh and new content. Everything changes except the fun and excitement. Before the show lunch is included at the popular Stinking Rose restaurant.

APRIL 26-27 85th ANNIVERSARY OF THE RAMONA PAGEANT ........... $325
An outdoor drama held annually in Hemet, California. With a cast of over 400. Features Helen Hunt Jackson's popular novel of the Mission Indians. Grandstand Box Seats are reserved for us. Our overnight accommodations are at the Riverside Marriott.

Nancy Reagan has graciously opened her closet for this special exhibit being presented at the Reagan Library in Simi Valley with over 80 of her dresses, suits, and gowns on display. This clothing will span 50 years from her wedding dress to the skirt suit she wore to President Reagan's funeral.
